You are welcome to pick up your name badge already on Monday April 9 – 17:00-20:00, entrance from Gothia Towers. Please bring your confirmation or SMS with your barcode.

How to get to the venue

The bus from the airport takes only 20 minutes and stops just outside the venue at “Korsvägen”. For information about how to get to the venue, please visit;

Registration, bar-code and badge

The registration desk is open:

Monday April 9 – 17:00-20:00 (entrance from Gothia Towers)
Tuesday April 10 – 07:30 (entrance 8 or from Gothia Towers) and will after that be open during the conference hours.

To receive your name badge you need to bring the bar-code that you have received in your confirmation or in the text message that will be sent to you on Monday, April 9. On arrival at the conference venue, please go to the “pre-registered conference area” and scan the bar-code to receive your badge. You can scan the bar-code from the phone.

Please remember to wear your badge at all times!
Your personal badge is your ticket to all sessions, exhibition and social events.
Please notice that it is not possible to reprint your badge, it is a significant cost connected to reprinting a badge.
